Weigh in #2 was today. 188.2 :( Gained .2 lbs since last week. I want to cry. I’ve done everything right. I’ve worked out regularly, I’ve eaten healthy. Maybe I’m just meant to be fat forever.

My seedlings are getting huge!
This weekend I will definitely be transferring some seedlings to pots. They’re getting huge very quickly! This weather is kicking ass for patio gardening! I think a window planter to latch onto the railing will work for my flowers, but a couple huge pots will be needed for the veggies. Edit: OMG. Or maybe I can get a few of these for the railing instead!
Shark Week Plateau Question
Hello fellow fitness and weight loss folks! I have a bit of a problem. Lately I’ve been working out and eating right, but seem to be stuck at the same weight. My “shark week” is coming up this weekend, so I know my body is retaining weight. Is there any way to avoid this?
